THE DRAINAGE
FUNNEL
a terrain-based guide to opening the exits before you ever ask the body to detox
I didn't come to this work because it was trendy. I came to it because my own body was screaming at me for years and nobody taught me how to listen. What I've learned — in my own healing and in thousands of sessions since — is this: the body is not broken. It is backed up. And before we ever chase a parasite, a mold toxin, or a "protocol," we have to ask the only question that actually matters —
"Are your exits even open?"
This guide walks you through the same funnel I use with every single client who sits with me — whether they're on my table or in my membership. It's not a diagnosis. It's a mirror. Muscle testing, intuition, and your own body's communication will always fill in what a PDF can't. But this will give you the map.
Drainage ≠ Detox
These two words get used like they're interchangeable. They are not, and confusing them is how good, well-meaning people end up sicker mid-protocol.
DRAINAGE
The body's willingness and ability to let go. It's the plumbing — colon, liver, bile, lymph, kidneys, skin — opening so that what gets released has somewhere to go.
DETOX
The actual mobilization and removal of toxins, pathogens, and stored burden from the tissues and cells. This is the deep work — and it is only ever as good as the exits it depends on.
Detoxing before drainage pathways are open is like lighting a fire in a house with no chimney. The smoke doesn't disappear — it just fills the room. That's a herx. That's the "detox reaction" that isn't actually detox working, it's toxins recirculating because they had nowhere to go. Drainage before detox. Always.
Your Body's Drainage Funnel
Picture your terrain as a funnel with five layers, moving waste from the deepest cellular level down and out. Each layer depends entirely on the one below it being clear. This is why we always work bottom-up — colon first, always.
If the colon is congested, everything above it backs up. Full stop.
You can be "regular" and still have closed drainage. Pooping daily doesn't mean your bile is flowing, your lymph is moving, or your liver isn't drowning. There are layers underneath the layer you can see.
Is Your Terrain Backed Up?
Run your finger down this list. This isn't about fear — it's about recognizing your body's language.
If you checked more than three, your terrain is asking for drainage support before anything else. This isn't a scorecard to fail — it's information your body has been trying to hand you for a while now.
What Clogs the Terrain
The modern body is asked to process a burden it was never designed to carry alone — layered on top of stored trauma the nervous system was never given permission to release. Both matter. Both are terrain.
BURDEN & INVADERS
- Parasites, candida, biofilm-forming bacteria
- Mold + mycotoxins, Lyme + co-infections
- Heavy metals, glyphosate, plastics
- Mercury fillings, chronic prescriptions
TERRAIN & NERVOUS SYSTEM
- Chronic stress, sympathetic dominance
- Unprocessed grief, trauma, "holding on"
- Dehydration + mineral depletion
- Sedentary living, sugar-heavy diet
A body cannot release what it does not feel safe releasing. This is why nervous system regulation is never a footnote in this work — it is drainage. A vessel white-knuckling its way through survival mode will hold onto everything, including the toxins.
Pathway One — The Colon
Signs it needs support: gas, pinching, bloating, foul-smelling stool, undigested food, fewer than 2–3 bowel movements a day, skin flare-ups, bad breath.
The colon sits at the very bottom of the funnel — the final exit. Every pathway above it is dumping into this one final door. If the door is stuck, everything backs up behind it: the liver can't push bile out efficiently, the lymph has nowhere to send its waste, and toxins begin to recirculate through the bloodstream instead of leaving the body. This is why, in my room, we always start here. Always.
How we open it
- Colon hydrotherapy — the fastest, gentlest way to physically clear the exit and reset peristalsis
- Hydration with minerals, not just water — your cells need the electrolytes to actually use it
- Movement: walking, rebounding, ileocecal valve massage, abdominal self-massage
- Coffee enemas for bile stimulation and glutathione support, once foundations are steady
- Nervous system regulation — mealtime as a sacred, unrushed act shifts you into "rest and digest"
- CellCore foundational drainage support to gently mobilize and clear the colon pathway first
"I release what I no longer need to carry. What is past is free to leave."
Pathway Two — Liver & Bile Ducts
Signs it needs support: waking around 3am, right or left-side pinching, rage or irritability, dark under-eye circles, greasy or pale stool, an extended belly, PMS, skin that itches or breaks out.
Your liver performs over 500 jobs, but the one we obsess over here is bile — because more than 70% of your body's toxins are pushed into that bile for removal. The catch: bile is expensive to make, so your body reabsorbs the vast majority of it. In a clean terrain, that's efficient. In a toxic terrain, that means you're re-drinking your own waste, over and over, until the liver is exhausted and the bile turns thick and sluggish.
The liver is also, energetically, where I see the most anger, resentment, and things people were never allowed to say out loud. Physical stagnation and emotional stagnation live in the same tissue.
How we open it
- Castor oil packs over the liver — one of the most underrated drainage tools that exists
- Bitters and strong stomach acid to actually stimulate bile flow in the first place
- TUDCA and liver-support botanicals — milk thistle, dandelion, beet root — to thin and mobilize bile
- Coffee enemas to support the body's own glutathione production
- Reducing the assailants: seed oils, alcohol, sugar, conventional dairy and grains
"I let go through the open space in my own heart."
Pathway Three — The Lymphatic River
Signs it needs support: can't sweat, swollen glands, tight neck and jaw, fibrous or tender breast tissue, cold hands and feet, morning stiffness, tonsil stones, unrelenting brain fog.
The lymph has no pump of its own. Unlike your heart, driving blood tirelessly through your veins, your lymphatic system depends entirely on you — your movement, your breath, your circulation — to carry waste back into the bloodstream so the liver and kidneys can finish the job. A body that sits still all day is a body with stagnant lymph, no matter how "clean" the diet is.
How we open it
- Dry brushing, always toward the heart
- Rebounding, vibration plate, or any joyful bouncing movement
- Deep belly breathing — your lymph literally moves on your breath
- Sauna or any sweat-inducing heat to thin lymphatic fluid
- Fascia work, lymphatic massage, or a lymph-supportive botanical blend
Pathway Four — Organs, Tissues & the Glymphatic Brain
Signs it needs support: insomnia, memory lapses, anxiety, confusion, dehydration despite drinking water, dark or strong-smelling urine, feeling perpetually overwhelmed.
Your brain has its own private drainage system — the glymphatics — and it only fully activates during deep sleep. This is one of the most sacred, and most skipped, parts of the healing conversation. If you are not sleeping deeply, your brain is not clearing its own cellular waste, full stop. No supplement replaces this.
How we open it
- Protect deep sleep like it's medicine, because it is
- Morning sunlight on the eyes to anchor circadian rhythm
- Stable blood sugar — protein and fat with every meal, especially before bed
- Mineral-rich hydration to support cellular fluid exchange
- Beef organ, liver, and glandular support to rebuild the tissue itself
Pathway Five — Cells & Mitochondria
Signs it needs support: histamine flares, low body temperature, poor exercise recovery, chronic inflammation, blood sugar swings, an immune system that never quite settles.
This is the top of the funnel and the deepest layer of the terrain — your mitochondria, the actual power source of every cell you have. They can only be in one mode at a time: making energy, or fighting a threat. If your terrain is loaded with toxic burden, your mitochondria are stuck perpetually on defense, and that's the fatigue that no amount of coffee touches.
How we open it
- Support every pathway below this one first — this layer heals last, not first
- Red light therapy to feed mitochondrial energy production directly
- Cellular mineral hydration daily, non-negotiable
- Nutrient-dense, whole-animal foods: organ meats, bone broth, pasture eggs
- Morning sunlight — your skin is a solar panel, use it
Biofilm — The Fortress Nobody Talks About
Think of biofilm as a fortress that parasites, mold, bacteria, and heavy metals build together — a slick, protective matrix that hides them from your immune system entirely. Your body knows something's there. It just can't reach it. That's often the missing piece for people who've "done everything" and still don't feel better: the pathogens were never exposed in the first place, just quietly protected behind a wall your protocol never touched.
This is why biofilm disruption is never optional in this work — it's the difference between a cleanse that circles the target and one that actually lands.
Parasite Cleansing: Not a Starting Point
I need to say this plainly, because I say it constantly in my room: if you have a pulse, you have parasites. That's not fear-mongering, that's terrain biology. The question was never "do I have them" — it's "is my body strong enough, and are my exits open enough, to let them go without drowning me on the way out."
Parasite cleansing before drainage is open is one of the fastest ways to feel dramatically worse — anger, brain fog, sugar cravings, anal itching, heart palpitations, grinding teeth at night. Those aren't signs the cleanse is "working harder." They're signs the exits couldn't keep up with what got released.
Foundationals — minimum 30 days
Open drainage — colon, then liver, then lymph
Dial in the diet + target biofilm
Ease into parasite support
Keep draining — this never really ends
I lean on muscle testing here more than almost anywhere else in this work — because your body will tell me, in real time, whether it's ready for that next layer, or whether it's still asking for more foundation first. That's not something a chart can replace. It's a conversation.
The Awaken Terrain Lineup
Once your foundation is steady, this is the CellCore lineup I move clients through, phase by phase, always led by what your body actually tests ready for.
Cellular minerals and oxygen support — the gentle starting point for everyone, every terrain.
Your first binder. Mops up mold, ammonia, and biotoxins so they can't recirculate.
Deeper terrain work — viral and chemical burden, once drainage is truly flowing.
Heavy metal and environmental toxin support for the more seasoned terrain.
The travel MVP — my non-negotiable for staying supported on the road.
ME SUPPORT — Mental & Emotional support — the nervous system hug. Because a body that doesn't feel safe won't let go, no matter what you throw at it..
Every terrain is different, which is why I don't hand out a one-size-fits-all kit list in a discovery call. Muscle testing tells us your order. But this is the toolbox.
