Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment and ensure that your time is reserved with care.

No refunds. All sales are final. If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your session to a friend or family member who would benefit from it.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another client.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
No-shows will also be charged a $50 fee.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the full fee may still apply.

Packages & Memberships

All packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend or family member.
Please use your sessions within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
